  Brushing eyelashes is important

When creating eyelashes, we can learn the technique of a professional makeup artist, brushing the eyelashes according to the zigzag method of brushing the eyelashes, so that each eyelash can be brushed.

  Try false eyelashes

Maybe a lot of people will feel that putting fake eyelashes in their daily makeup will definitely look fake. However, we can not attach false eyelashes to the whole eye, and we can only apply false eyelashes at the outer corner of the eye.

First, apply a proper amount of special false eyelash glue on the false eyelashes, and then carefully attach the false eyelashes to the root of the true eyelashes. Of course, after the paste, you should also properly curl the false eyelashes, making the false eyelashes more natural with your true eyelashes.

Keep the eyelashes at the outer corner of the eye curled

If you feel that curling all the eyelashes is particularly troublesome when creating eyelashes, then we can make some curls that are only close to the outer corner of the eye. This will make your eyes look bigger and more radiant.

 How to protect your eyelashes

Eyelashes need to be bottomed and more need to be fixed. We can use some eyelash makeup products to keep the eyelashes curled for a day, and keep them away from the water and reduce the lashes.

6 small cockroaches that don’t hurt the eyelashes but make it curl up

Soak the spoon in warm water, take it out and dry it, apply it on the eyelids, then gently press the eyelashes on the back of the spoon with your fingers and repeat it two or three times. But this trick only applies to the thinner spoons such as stainless steel spoons. Chinese porcelain spoons can’t do this.

2. Aloe

A little bit of aloe vera gel is applied to the abdomen, and then the eyelashes are pressed upwards with the fingertips, and the eyelashes are repeated several times to perform a certain shaping effect. (If you have a cleaned mascara brush, you can replace the fingertips, the effect is better, but you must pay attention to whether you will be allergic to aloe vera, and the other is not to greedy too much, so that the eyelashes become hard or sticky Sticky.)

3. Hot toothbrush

Soak a clean toothbrush in hot water, then apply a little water on the towel, then use it to brush the eyelashes. Start gently from the bottom of the brush and hold it to the tip of the eyelashes. Repeat several times to help shape.

4. Mascara

Follow the normal technique, but when you brush it to the tip of the eyelashes, press it slightly to form the curl for 10 seconds.

5. Warm hands

To warm your fingers, you can wash your hands with hot water, or you can blow the heater to your hand, then press the eyelashes with your fingertips for 10 seconds, repeat several times, and then apply mascara to shape.

6. Cotton swabs

Immediately after applying the mascara, hold the eyelashes across the middle part of the cotton swab, press it from the root, and then hold it. When the mascara is dry, the eyelashes will maintain a certain curl.

How to apply false eyelashes is to apply makeup first or first to false eyelashes do not understand

How to stick fake eyelashes? First draw eyeliner or first apply false eyelashes? Many MMs will encounter such problems, or do you first make up the makeup or the first false eyelashes? Today, Xiaobian tells you whether it is the first makeup or the first false eyelashes?

First make up or put false eyelashes first

First draw the eyeliner or first attach the false eyelashes. The fairy must know that many babies are still squeezing on the first mascara. Let’s tell everyone, let’s take a look at it.

 How to stick false eyelashes

To draw the eyeliner before sticking to the false eyelashes, it is necessary to draw a basic eyeliner along the root of the eyelashes, and then to find the correct position through the eyeliner when the false eyelashes are used. However, after the false eyelashes are attached, the eyeliner may be incomplete, or the false eyelash glue may be applied. Therefore, it is necessary to make up the eyeliner after the false eyelashes are attached, especially the eye tail can be adjusted according to the false eyelashes.

How to stick false eyelashes

The first step: choose a natural fit false eyelashes, if the soft stems, naturally comfortable. Moreover, the eyelashes are thin and soft, and the eyelashes and the tails of the eyes do not tilt when they are pasted.

Step 2: Generally, the false eyelashes will be long. Before attaching the false eyelashes, you need to use the tweezers to pick up the false eyelashes at the root of the eyelashes. Then trim the excess eyelids to match the eye shape, then pinch the two eyelashes. The end is gently bent in the middle and repeated several times. The stalk of the false eyelashes becomes soft and it is easier to fit the eye shape.

Step 3: Clip your own eyelashes so that your own eyelashes can blend better with false eyelashes.

Step 4: Apply glue to the false eyelashes. When applying the eyelash glue, it should be applied to both sides from the middle. Do not squeeze too much at once. After the false eyelash glue becomes transparent, stick it again. This semi-dry is the best adhesion. False eyelashes are the most stable.

Step 5: Apply false eyelashes, first confirm the distance from the eye to the end of the eye, then place the mirror on the table, look down, point the false eyelashes at the center edge of the upper eyelashes, and then gently press Method to stick the false eyelashes firmly. You can use the tweezers to pinch the false eyelashes and press for a few seconds, press them to the eyelashes at the end of the eye, and then open your eyes greatly. The eyelashes will make the false eyelashes firmer by the force of the eyelids. Be careful not to let the roots of the glue touch the true eyelashes.

Step 6: Finally, cover the pasted part with an eyeliner, so that the false eyelashes are very natural and look good.

Correct wearing method of false eyelashes

First come to a photo before wearing, you can see that the eyes are not very good.

1. Gently remove a set of eyelashes with the eyelash assist clip. Be careful not to deform the lashes of the eyelashes.

2, gently tear off the residual glue at the root of the false eyelashes (if it is not removed, it will easily affect the firmness of the false eyelashes)

3, compare the length on the eyes

4, remove the long part of the eye, if the eye is particularly short, you can also cut off to adjust the balance.

5, hold the eyelashes at both ends to adjust the shape of the eyelashes (can be slightly bent a few times to make the eyelash stems softer and more comfortable)

6, evenly apply glue, pay attention to not too much and not too little (if you think the opening is too big to master, you can cut a weak small mouth at the end of DUO glue to glue out the glue, pay attention to do the sealing work)

7. Use eyelashes to help the false eyelashes fit on the side of the real eyelashes to ensure tightness.

8, use eyeliner pen to fill the eyeliner to cover the false eyelash glue marks (very important steps to create a seamless makeup)

9. Apply upper and lower eyelashes to make true and false eyelashes glue together to increase curling

10. If the eyelashes are not enough, you can use the eyelash curler to gently clip the eyelashes again.

11. Gently pry off the excess fiber that has been dropped

The complete false eyelashes are worn, it’s very simple.

Eyelash extensions certainly have their perks. They make it possible to flaunt thick, lush lashes at all hours of the day, keep our eyes looking huge and totally help us pull off a no-makeup makeup look when we’re actually wearing no-makeup (because fake lashes don’t count as makeup, right?).

But even when we have extensions, we sometimes want to wear more makeup. But what are the rules to putting on makeup with eyelash extensions? What products should be avoided, and what products won’t damage our precious lashes? Because obviously we’d hate to have them removed.

RULE 1: Avoid oil.

Oil can cause the glue in extensions to break down. In addition to using oil-free makeup, you need to make sure that your makeup remover and daily skin regimen is oil-free as well. Cristina Monaco, PA-C specializing in cosmetic dermatology at the Schweiger Dermatology Group explains, “Using a makeup remover that is oil based will cause those lashes to slide right off.” Even though these formulas are great for removing all of your makeup, they’ll also remove the adhesive bond on your lashes. Consider Garnier Oil-Free Cleansing Towelettes, La Roche-Posay Daily Moisturizer and Kiehl’s Oil-Free Cleanser.

RULE 2: Avoid mascara.

There isn’t a lash expert alive who advocates wearing mascara with your extensions. And even though it’s tempting to make your lashes look even fuller, it’s not worth making your lashes clump together and weakening the lash glue – especially when you already look like you’re wearing mascara anyway. Instead, use mascara on your lower lashes.

If you’re stubborn and are determined to wear mascara despite the warnings, search for one that is oil-free and is formulated to be use on extensions – like the Max 2Special Mascara.

RULE 3: Don’t wear waterproof makeup.

Waterproof makeup will require extra effort to remove it all from your eyes at the end of the day. The key to lash extensions is to wear makeup that can gently be removed, which excludes waterproof products from your makeup arsenal.

RULE 4: Comb through your lashes with a spoolie daily.

This should be done every morning when you apply your makeup because lash extensions have the tendency to criss-cross and tangle up. Very gently comb the lashes with a spoolie to straighten them – being careful not to tug. Another way to care for your lashes every day is to use an eyelash extension conditioner. “It will keep those lashes looking flawless in between fill ins,” Monaco explains.

RULE 5: Use a powder liner.

You’re already aware that your liner needs to be oil-free, but what type of liner should you use? Many lash-wearers still rely on their liquid or cream liners, but the best option is a powder shadow like NYX Professional Makeup Cake That! Powder Eyeliner.

How to Make Fake Eyelashes in Five Minutes

Teen girl covering her face

In the mood for a dramatic and glamorous look for your next night out? Create your own fake lashes! The whole process takes between five and 10 minutes, and you’ll absolutely love how they look.

Teen girl covering her face

Step 1
Place a line of adhesive on a plastic dish. The line should be as long as the length of one eyelid — or a little less.

Step 2
Wait for the glue to become tacky.

Step 3
Take an old powder brush, grab a chunk of bristles from the base and cut them off in a straight line. Spread them in your fingers so that they’re even all the way across.

Step 4
Place the bristles on the strip of glue. Press down firmly with a tongue depressor or spatula. Make the lashes as thick as you want by adding more bristles. Continue to cut and press down the hair, until the entire strip of glue is covered.

Step 5
Using your spatula, spread a thin layer of adhesive over the top layer of the bristles. Wait for the latex to dry.

Step 6
Gently pull the eyelashes off of the plastic.

Step 7
Brush black eyeshadow along the bottom edge, to hide any color leftover from the adhesive.

Step 8
Hold the top of the eyelashes and trim off any parts of the glue that are left hanging. You want the bottom of the lashes to be as even as possible.

Step 9
Take clear superglue and place a thin line along the bottom of the lashes to seal them.

Step 10
Hold the bottom half of the lashes. Take the scissors and cut the top half in the design and shape you want, like a diagonal line, or a half moon shape. Think about the length you want as well.

Step 11
Squeeze the bottom of the eyelashes with tweezers. Curl the lashes with a curling iron, holding for twenty to thirty seconds.

Step 12
Spray the lashes with hairspray before combing through them with an eyelash comb. Then spray again.

Six Thing You Need to Know About Eyelash Extensions

There are about a dozen and a half makeup tricks out there, but for people with very short or sparse lashes, all those mascara wands and eyelash curlers can get a little overwhelming. One dramatic, ultra-effective alternative that lasts way longer than your mascara: eyelash extensions.

Eyelash extensions allow you to add volume and length to your existing lash line using false lashes, typically applied one at a time. They’re glued on, so they last longer than typical falsies — and, when done properly, they feel just like your normal lashes. But before you add falsies to your look, here’s what you need to know.

1. There are multiple kinds of lash extensions.
There are three popular types of lash extensions: synthetic, mink, and silk. Depending on the length and thickness of the lashes, you can achieve different “looks.” For example, adding a few extra millimeters to your outer lashes gives you a cat eye style, while consistently long lashes across the eye is more of a “showgirl” look. Some places even offer lash extensions in different colors, if you’re feeling extra adventurous.

2. It’s so (so!) important to have them done by a pro.
Just because one of your friend’s friends swears she knows how to perform eyelash extensions with a DIY kit she bought on Amazon doesn’t mean you should let her touch your face. “The wrong technique can cause side effects such as irritation, losing your eyelashes, and gaps or spacing between applied lashes and natural lashes,” says aesthetician Olga Mozgovoy of Skintology Skin and Laser Center in New York City. Be sure to read reviews on Yelp or Google of salons in your area so you can find the best one for you.

3. A patch test is a must.
Remember that woman whose eyelashes fell out because she had a horrible reaction to lash glue? Don’t let that be you. So before you start, make sure your lash technician does a patch test to determine if you’re sensitive or allergic to the glue she’s using.

4. The application process isn’t quick, but that’s a good thing.
First of all, going to a pro who uses proper techniques limits your risk of damage. A full set of lashes takes approximately two hours to apply, with each lash being dipped in a semi-permanent glue that’s safe for your eyes, then applied to the lash line while your eyes are closed. As someone who’s had them done before, I can tell you that it doesn’t hurt if you go to a person with lots of training — in fact, I fell asleep while having mine applied.

5. Proper aftercare keeps your lashes looking fresh.
Now that you’ve got long, pretty lashes, you need to take care of them — and that may mean switching up your routine. First of all, you can’t expose your eyes to heat or water for the first 24 hours. If you do, the glue won’t be able to set and all that time you spent having your lashes applied will be for nothing.

After the first day, Mozgovoy recommends sticking to lukewarm water when you wash your face. You should also avoid rubbing your eyes with a towel (or sleeping face down on a pillow); otherwise, you can pull the lashes off. Yikes!

Another tip: Be really careful about which beauty products you’re using on your face while you have lash extensions. As much as you may love your daily cat eye, beware that your love of liner could affect your new look. “Oil-based foundations, makeup removers, mascaras, and liquid eyeliners are not recommended since they can ruin the bonds between lashes,” warns Mozgovoy.

6. They don’t last forever.
Your lash extensions will last approximately as long as your natural lash cycle — about six to eight weeks or so. To maintain your desired look, you should anticipate getting your lashes filled every three to four weeks.

Five Biggest Mistake You Make With Your Eyelash Curler

Curling your lashes makes a big difference to your look. You can appear more awake, your lashes will seem longer and more plush, and your eyes will be more defined. But these benefits are only possible if you curl your lashes correctly — and avoid making any of these mistakes.

1. You curl your lashes after applying mascara.
Not only does this make your lash curler extra gunky, it can also damage your lashes. When mascara dries, it makes your lashes harder and less flexible. Curling them when they’re in a stiff state can lead to breakage and short, stubby lashes — a sad side effect Miley Cyrus recently posted about.

2. You never clean your lash curler.
Even if you’re always curling your lashes before applying mascara, there’s a chance that eyeliner, eyeshadow, bacteria, and dead skin cells are getting all over it. Once a week, pour a little rubbing alcohol onto a cotton pad and wipe it down.

3. You never replace the pads.
Over time, those little pads inside the lash curler can get dirty, so purchase replacement pads and swap in a new one every few months. Plus, if you wear down the pad, which is there to protect your lashes, you risk harming your lashes with the exposed metal of the curler.

4. You’re buying cheap curlers.
While you can experiment with inexpensive brands for lipsticks and eyeliners, this isn’t an item you want to skimp on, according to pros. You want yours to curl effectively and not harm your delicate eyelashes, so the quality really counts. “It really makes a difference to spend money on an eyelash curler — the cheap ones just don’t cut it,” says Laramie, makeup artist and founder of Book Your Look. “If you want the best, I would try Kevyn Aucoin, Shu Uemura, or Bobbi Brown.”

5. You’re clamping down too hard.
If you want to have long, healthy lashes, make sure you’re applying gentle pressure when curling your lashes. Pressing down way too hard can not only give your lashes a weird 90-degree angle bend rather than a realistic curve, it can also break your lashes. A high-quality curler won’t require you to press too hard, so that’s yet another reason to skip the cheap picks.
